· Orders may be cancelled due to:

o High-risk COD addresses

👉 COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch at our discretion.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

· Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed

· Delays due to courier partners, weather, strikes, or logistics issues are not our

responsibility

· We use third-party logistics providers such as:

o Delhivery

o XpressBees

o Ecom Express

5. 📦 Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

· COD orders are subject to verification before dispatch

· We reserve the right to refuse COD in high-risk PIN codes or customers

· If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept order, it will be treated as Return to

Origin (RTO)

⚠️ COD Abuse Clause:

Repeated refusal or fake orders may lead to:

· Permanent COD block

· Order cancellation without notice

· Blacklisting from future purchases

6. 🔁 Return to Origin (RTO)

RTO occurs when:

· Customer refuses delivery

· Incorrect address provided

· Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

👉 In such cases:

· COD orders: No refund applicable

· Prepaid orders: Shipping charges are non-refundable

· RTO cost may be deducted from future refunds/payouts (if applicable)

7. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for:

· Damaged product

· Wrong item delivered

· Missing items

Conditions:

· Return request must be raised within 48 hours

· Approval is required before return shipment

· Customer must self-ship return product at their own cost (unless seller error)

Refunds (if approved):

· Processed within 5–10 business days

· Only via original payment method

8. 💳 Pricing & Payments

· Prices are subject to change without notice

· We are not responsible for bank/payment gateway delays

· COD charges may apply as per courier policy

9. 📉 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

· Courier delays or failed delivery attempts

· Loss due to customer incorrect address

· Indirect or consequential damages

· Product misuse after delivery

10. 🔐 Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logo, design) belongs to the store and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

11. 🚫 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

· Cancel suspicious orders

· Block repeated RTO users

· Restrict COD access

· Conduct verification calls or SMS confirmation

12. ⚖️ Governing Law, Arbitration & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, controversy, complaint, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to:

· Purchase of any product or service

· Shipping and delivery

· Returns and refunds

· Payment transactions

shall be subject to the following provisions:

Arbitration

Before initiating any court proceeding, the parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably.

If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be referred to arbitration under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

· Seat of Arbitration: Delhi, India

· Venue of Arbitration: Delhi, India

· Language of Proceedings: English/Hindi

· The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Exclusive Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, all disputes and legal proceedings arising from or related to the website, orders, products, services, shipping, returns, refunds, payments, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India only.

The customer expressly agrees that:

· No court outside Delhi shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

· The customer waives any objection regarding venue or jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

· Any legal action initiated contrary to this clause may be challenged on jurisdictional

grounds.

Recovery of Costs

In the event of any legal proceeding, arbitration, chargeback dispute, fraudulent claim, or recovery action initiated due to the customer's breach of these Terms, the seller reserves the right to claim:

· Legal costs

· Court fees

· Arbitration fees

· Collection and recovery expenses

· Reasonable attorney/advocate fees

to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi, India courts only.
