Return & Refund Policy
1. 📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
· Product is damaged or defective on delivery (with unboxing Video)
· Wrong product delivered (different from order with unboxing Video)
· Missing items in shipment (with unboxing Video)
👉 Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Returns are strictly NOT accepted for:
· Products damaged due to customer misuse
· Used, washed, or altered items
· Products without original packaging
· Sale/clearance items (if mentioned)
· COD refused deliveries (treated as RTO)
3. 📦 Return Process
· Customer must first raise a return request with order ID and proof (unboxing video).
· After approval, customer is required to send the product back via self-arranged courier
service at their own cost.
· Return shipment must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
· Return shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. However, return shipping charges may be refunded at our sole discretion upon review and approval of the return request. The decision to approve or deny such reimbursement rests exclusively with us.
👉 Once product is received and verified, further processing will be done.
4. 💳 Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)
· Refunds are processed only after product inspection
· Refund will be credited within 5–10 business days
· Refund will be made to original payment method only
5. 📦 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
· COD orders are non-refundable unless product is defective or wrong
· If customer refuses delivery → treated as Return to Origin (RTO)
· No refund is applicable for COD RTO cases
👉 COD abuse or fake refusal may lead to permanent COD restriction.
6. 🔁 Replacement Policy
· Replacement only for verified defective or wrong items
· Subject to stock availability
· If replacement not possible → refund (only for prepaid orders)
7. 🚚 Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
RTO occurs when:
· Customer refuses delivery
· Incorrect address provided
· Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
In such cases:
· No refund for COD orders
· Shipping charges are non-refundable for prepaid orders
· COD eligibility may be restricted for future orders
8. ⚠️ Important
· The company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier partners
· Return acceptance is subject to inspection and approval
· Any misuse of return policy may result in rejection of future orders
